Since Brine Singapore first opened its doors in 2017, we have been developing various sweet and savoury pairings through our R&D. And thanks to our food-conscious consumers and amazing vendors, we decided to expand the scope of our R&D and thus created Hay Gelato. Operating out of a tiny brick and mortar along Bedok North Avenue 3, we seek to push flavour boundaries and curate the highest quality gelato using quality, natural, and fresh ingredients. We look forward to serving the Singapore community for years to come.
